Job Summary:
Seeking architect to design, develop and implement complex Object Oriented and services based applications. The position is for a senior member of the development team using advanced Java / J2EE as well as .Net technologies. This is a development position that will require experience in all phases of software development including technical architecture design and implementation, design, implementation and verification of applications in a dynamic, customer driven environment.

Strong software architectural design and implementation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Deep knowledge of Internet technologies.
A demonstrated ability to keep abreast of new technologies.
Strong leadership and organizational skills including experience mentoring junior team members.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the demonstrated ability to document technical information.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers, product specialists and business customers.
Ability to respond to pressure/plan work to meet deadlines when work speed and sustained accuracy are critical.
Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers.
Ability to be an effective team player.
Knowledge of development methodologies like RUP, Agile software development (XP, Scrum) etc.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field, AND
5+ years of architectural experience and/or relevant experience, OR
Any similar combination of education and experience
