Our client is seeking anembeddedsoftware engineer to be responsible for the development of embedded engine control software for the aerospace industry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to tasks related to embedded C code development including software requirements, software design, coding, hardware to software integration, design reviews, code reviews, software testing, generation of documentation, creation of software builds, and PC-Based test tool development
Requirements
The following are the Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years Experience with C or C++ programming forembeddedreal-time control applications or PC/Windows applications.
B.S. Degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering Electrical Engineering or equivalent
The following experience is also desirable
Experience with MIL-STD or DO-178B documentation and development processes
Experience with use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access)
Experience with DOORS
Experience with microprocessors, logic analyzers, and in-circuit emulators
Experience Serial communications drivers and other I/O device drivers
Experience Developing Pc software using Visual Basic or Microsoft Visual C+
